Premium Aluminium Double Glazed Windows

Casement Windows

Our bespoke casement windows can be opened left, right, or from the top, depending on your needs. Our ultra-slim aluminium profile will make sure you always have the best view of the outside world from your window, while enjoying the pleasant temperature of your home.

Sliding Windows

Sliding windows are the most common window in Australia, and they are the most traditional. The window can be opened by sliding it to the side, which means it takes up very little space and is extremely easy to use. If you’d like a traditional Australian style of home, the sliding window is for you.

Double Glazed Sliding Doors

The picture window has no moving parts, so it cannot be opened, but it does provide a large unobstructed view. With no moving parts, the picture window has much greater strength and can accommodate larger glass expanses that may be subject to wind and weather.

French Windows

French windows are two side hung panels of glass that can open either inwards or outwards to create an uninterrupted view. The french window is perfect for opening up onto unobstructed views of the outside world, allowing fresh air to flood into your home.

Gable Windows

The gable window can bring a real wow-factor to your home. Installed into roof pitches, gable windows create a fantastic look for your home design, as well as letting in extra natural light which can increase the mood of your home.

Awning Windows

The awning window is a top hung non-intrusive on the home and is perfect for tight spaces. They can be easily opened, closed and locked with an easy-to-use push handle. They also offer excellent security, thermal protection, and noise insulation thanks to their double rubber multi-point locking system.

Tilt & turn windows

Tilt and turn windows are a flexible design of window that allow you to either fully open the window from the side like a casement window, or you can partially open it from the top, with it hinged at the bottom. These windows have become increasingly popular because of their versatility.

Glass Options

Low emissivity glass (low-e)

Low emissivity glass, or Low-e glass is coated on one side to help insulate your home and reduce the transfer of heat. You can have this layer applied either before installation (hard coating), or after installation (soft coating). Low-e glass put in the right framing is very efficient insulation, and can reduce heat loss by up to 70% and reduce heat gain by up to 77%.

Advantages of low emissivity glass

  • Improves thermal efficiency
  • Reduces condensation
  • Reduces heat
  • Reduces glare and UV sun damage

Toned or tinted glass

Tinted during the manufacturing process, this glass comes in a range of shades from bronze, grey, blue and green. The darker the shade of tint, the more solar heat the glass will absorb. Toned or tinted glass does not absorb much by itself, so it’s always recommended to pair it with double glazing.

Advantages of tinted glass

  • Reduces heat and glare
  • Minimise UV damage
  • Reduced cooling cost
  • Reduced exterior reflectance
  • Improved privacy

Toughened glass

Toughened glass, also known as safety glass, is as the name suggests the strongest of all the glass options. The glass is heated and then quickly cooled which makes it resistant to impact and heat, and makes it ideal for places with high winds or that are prone to bushfires.

Advantages of toughened glass

  • Highly durable, strong and safe
  • Resistant to heat and impact
  • Shatters into tiny pieces and not large dangerous shards
  • Good for large windows and openings
  • Can be combined with double glazing

Laminated glass

Laminated glass is made by adhering a plastic glazing layer between two sheets of glass, known as the interlayer. This offers similar strength to toughened glass while also providing high levels of noise reduction and thermal efficiency. However laminated glass does not serve as a replacement to double glazing.

Advantages of laminated glass

  • Budget friendly
  • Ideal for large openings and spaces
  • Secure
  • Durable
  • Resistant to UV
  • Reduces outside noise

The benefits of thermally broken aluminium frames

When buying double glazed windows, the frames that they come in are just as important as the glass when it comes to reducing noise and maximising energy efficiency.

1

Made for Australian conditions

Thermally broken aluminium frames have been powder coated and are made out of premium grade aluminium. This means they are durable and non-corrosive built to last a lifetime, so you don’t have to worry about maintenance and re-painting.
2

Enhanced security

The durability and strength of thermally broken aluminium means they create a strong physical barrier between the inside and outside of your home.
3

Adds to 7-star energy rating

These frames are just as important as the glass you use when it comes to insulating your home. You cannot maximise your energy efficiency with only one piece of the puzzle.
4

Sound reducing

Thermally broken aluminium frames offer much greater acoustic insulation compared to regular window frames and contribute to our windows reducing noise by up to 88%.
